Profile
Lesley has been Bursar at Lucy Cavendish College since 2010. After gaining a BA Hons in German and Philosophy (University of Manchester), Lesley trained as a Chartered Accountant and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1988. She gained a Masters in Anglo-German Literary Relations (University of Leeds) in 1989.
Lesley has over 30 years of experience of working at a senior level in the Arts, Health and Higher Education sectors, particularly in regional East of England roles including for Eastern Arts Board and The Open University in the East of England, and also in a voluntary capacity as a school governor and charity trustee. Lesley has served on numerous bursarial and University committees and is currently Chair of the Bursars’ Committee
