Our new eco-friendly and accessible building housing 72 student rooms and social spaces including a large café/bar to be available from October 22. There will also be new pathways, landscaping and bicycle storage together with new bicycle and pedestrian access onto Madingley Road.
88 rooms have small double beds. Four rooms have single beds. All rooms are ensuite. The new build also has four accessible rooms, two with adjacent carer facilities.
The building is being designed and delivered as a Passivhaus scheme, which means low energy in use and high comfort.
