Lucy Cavendish College invites applications for the post of Specific Learning Difficulties Practitioner. This is an exciting new post which would suit an experienced, sensitive and understanding SpLD Practitioner.
The post-holder will have responsibility for supporting the students with Specific Learning Difficulties. Working with members of the pastoral team, the primary focus is on providing bespoke SpLD support to the students including 1:1 support, carrying out Educational Assessments to identify need, as well as designing and delivering small group work.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and be able to prioritise and to balance multiple commitments. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), hold a recognised professional SpLD qualification and have experience working with young people with a range of Specific Learning Difficulties.
