Caitlin Law is our Admissions Director, having taken up the role in September 2025. Caitlin joined the admissions team at Lucy Cavendish in 2019, following an undergraduate degree in French at the University of Oxford and a PGCE in Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge. In 2022, Caitlin also completed a Masters of Education with the University of Cambridge, focusing on secondary school pupils' motivation to learn Modern Foreign Languages. As Director of Admissions, Caitlin oversees decision-making on undergraduate and postgraduate applications to the College and enjoys working closely with the College's Directors of Studies, College Teaching Officers and Admissions and Outreach Team.
