Guy has been a partner at the international law firm Slaughter and May since 2007, joining the firm as a trainee in 1998. He has a wide-ranging legal practice which covers corporate finance and banking, as well as equity and debt capital markets. He advises financial institutions, funds and governments on investments in, and fund raisings of, financial institutions including regulatory matters, restructurings and asset sales.
Guy is an alumnus of Girton College and attained a degree in Natural Sciences, following which he completed a PhD in Physics in the Optoelectronics Group at the Cavendish Laboratory.
