Lucy Jung is the founder of LYEONS and Charco Neurotech, and an inventor of neuromodulation medical devices dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with long-term conditions. A design engineer by training, she is passionate about developing patient-centred solutions that combine technology, empathy, and accessibility.

She studied Innovation Design Engineering (MSc/MA, Distinction) at Imperial College London and Royal College of Art, and holds a BA in Industrial and Informatic Design from Korea University. She also earned a Certificate of Management Excellence (CME) from Harvard Business School, sponsored by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng).

At LYEONS, she leads the development of next-generation neuromodulation technology focused on autonomic nervous system regulation to support people experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, and sleep disturbances. The company’s patient-first approach builds on her previous experiences at Charco Neurotech, where she led the creation of a device that significantly improved mobility symptoms in people with Parkinson’s and passed regulatory pathways to real-life impact with thousands of people using the device.

Her professional experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Samsung Design Membership and PDD London, and as a Marketing Intern at Cheil Worldwide. Lucy regularly shares her insights as a speaker and a lecturer for the Cambridge Judge Business School Accelerator Programme and Imperial College London.
