Lucy Romijn is a Careers Consultant at the University of Cambridge. Lucy is the Chair of the STEM Schools Team, leading a team of Careers Consultants and Employer and Alumni Engagement Coordinators to design and deliver careers education resources, events and workshops to support students and researchers to explore a range of career possibilities in science, healthcare, environment, sustainability, engineering, tech and beyond. Lucy has a specialist focus on working with PhD students and postdoctoral researchers at the University, and is currently leading on an Enhancing Research Culture funded research project on postdoctoral career trajectories. Lucy joined the University of Cambridge Careers Service with a range of experience in teaching, widening participation and careers consultancy.
