Rachael Burcher is the Student Futures Director at Lucy Cavendish - she is responsible for initiatives unique to the College that support student futures, particularly the Future Global Leaders Programme.
Rachael and her team design, deliver and develop all aspects of the programme, from curriculum setting and student selection to reporting and relationship management with supporters and partner organisations across Cambridge and beyond.
She joined Lucy Cavendish in 2021 following roles in Cambridge at the University Careers Service and managing programmes at the Centre for Science and Policy and Pembroke College. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering and 15 years’ experience in Biopharma and consultancy.
