Here at Lucy Cavendish College we're proud to champion the Future Global Leaders Programme, an initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of impactful leaders. This programme is designed to empower Master's students with strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to making a positive difference in the world.

Our aim is to equip these aspiring leaders with the essential 21st-century skills and knowledge they'll need to thrive in a rapidly changing global landscape. A core focus is to inspire participants to align their future careers with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, addressing pressing global challenges and contributing to a more sustainable future for all.

How the Programme Works

The Future Global Leaders Programme offers a unique blend of intensive learning and ongoing development:

• Intensive Core Programme: The journey kicks off with a transformative residential experience in September. This immersive part of the programme provides a crucial foundation for their leadership development.
• Monthly Sessions: Throughout the academic year, participants continue to grow through engaging monthly speaking events, mentoring sessions and company visits, which are carefully integrated alongside their academic studies.
• Community and Connection: A vital aspect of the programme is fostering a strong sense of community. Participants join a cohort of driven individuals, building lasting connections and a supportive network that extends beyond the programme itself.
