We provide a range of enterprise initiatives throughout the year culminating in the Lucy Enterprise Weekend, where students receive mentoring from successful entrepreneurs and get the opportunity to pitch for funding for their business ideas. This is as much about developing an enterprising mindset, group work, networking and presentation skills.

Every new undergraduate student is enrolled in Bridging Week, which provides the foundation for wide-ranging academic, pastoral and career related development. This pioneering programme ensures that all students, regardless of their background, get off to a flying start and address any concern about being a student at Cambridge that they may have.
