Join our growing community of researchers shaping solutions for the future.
At Lucy Cavendish College, we believe research should not only advance knowledge, but also help shape a better world. If you’re a Cambridge postdoc looking for a community that shares your drive for impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About Lucy Cavendish College
Lucy Cavendish College is the fastest-growing and most diverse College in Cambridge and our mission is to attract, support and unlock the potential of students from under-represented and non-traditional backgrounds. We are committed to equipping people who want to make a difference, those who will go on to have a positive and lasting impact on society, and who are unafraid to address the Grand Challenges of the 21st century.
Our interdisciplinary community is alive with ideas. Researchers here are engaged in cutting-edge, world-class work, and the insights from that research feed directly into our teaching, seminars and supervisions. This dynamic, collaborative approach makes Lucy Cavendish an especially exciting place to learn, teach and belong.
The opportunity

We particularly welcome applicants who are keen to contribute to College life. There may be opportunities to contribute to teaching; evidence of involvement in clubs, societies or wider community activities will strengthen your application.
