Caitlin Law
Caitlin Law is our Admissions Director, having taken up the role in September 2025. Caitlin joined the admissions team at Lucy Cavendish in 2019, following an undergraduate degree in French at the University of Oxford and a PGCE in Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge. In 2022, Caitlin also completed a Masters of Education with the University of Cambridge, focusing on secondary school pupils' motivation to learn Modern Foreign Languages. As Director of Admissions, Caitlin oversees decision-making on undergraduate and postgraduate applications to the College and enjoys working closely with the College's Directors of Studies, College Teaching Officers and Admissions and Outreach Team.
Gaby Jones
Gaby is our Postgrad Admissions Officer. Gaby has worked in undergrad and postgrad Admissions at Lucy Cavendish for nearly thirty years. She specialises now in Postgrad Admissions, and if you have any questions about Postgrad entry, contact Gaby for advice at pgadmissions@lucy.cam.ac.uk.
Isobel Walsh
Isobel Walsh is our Admissions Administrator. They have joined the admissions team, working to support the undergraduate admissions round at the College. She is a recent graduate of a master’s degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Oxford.
Hayley Hilson
Hayley Hilson is our Outreach Manager. She manages the College's work with schools and prospective applicants, including the Academic Attainment Programme which is the College's flagship online outreach programme for state school students. Hayley started as our Outreach Officer in July 2021, shortly after graduating with an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge. Alongside her role, she is also studying part-time at University College London for an MSc in Neurolinguistics.
Anna Foskett
Anna Foskett is our Outreach Assistant. She is working alongside the team on the expansion of the Academic Attainment Programme, and assists with the management of the outreach work done in College with schools and prospective applicants. She recently graduated from an undergraduate degree in History and French at the University of Cambridge.
