After working full time in small animal practice, he now teaches orthopaedics at the vet school as a Clinical Teaching Associate in Small Animal Surgery, and supervise preclinical veterinary anatomy, and veterinary ethics. As VSCS, he also oversees extramural studies at Lucy Cavendish. Matt researches orthopaedic implant materials at the Cambridge Centre for Medical Materials, but also still spend some of his time working in general practice. He is passionate about teaching, and supporting our students. Outside of work he cycles competitively, and enjoy gardening, woodwork, and hiking holidays with his partner.
