Far East Horizon make a landmark donation to establish a new Scholarship Programme at Lucy Cavendish College.

On the 15th of May, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Far East Horizon and Lucy Cavendish College was held at Fehorizon Plaza in Shanghai. Together, the two institutions aim to empower more students from disadvantaged backgrounds to study at Cambridge University.

The College is tremendously appreciative for this strategic donation as it aims to provide more scholarships for its student body. This philanthropic gift will not only transform the lives of individual students but will also be an investment in the future leaders and innovators whom our economy and society so clearly need. The College is delighted to welcome the first students on this programme this autumn.

Development Director, Jo Ryan, said “We are immensely grateful for the enormous generosity of Far East Horizon. Their gift will help us in our mission to provide more students from disadvantaged backgrounds with a life-changing Cambridge education”.
